**Due to all items being customized we do not accept returns. All sales are final, we work hard to ensure your item meets your vision before sending item to you!
**We take a great deal of care preparing your milestone boxes for shipping. They are securely wrapped with layers of bubble wrap and we ensure they are snug in the shipping boxes with the addition of filler paper and air pockets. In the RARE event that the boxes are damaged in transit, we will gladly file a claim on your behalf and send a replacement to you. However, you must retain ALL PACKAGING (shipping box, filler paper, air pockets, bubble wrap, etc) in order for us to process that claim for you! DO NOT DISCARD anything if your box is damaged in any way. That is the only way we will be able to send a replacement at no cost to you!
